An Indian citizen who is a Fitness Consultant and a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Actor, Model and a Professor under the University of Kerala. He began his Fitness journey since 2007 and has been featured in various Fitness series of Ethnic Health court and Jaihind TV and several articles in The Hindu, Manorama Health Magazine, Times of India, etc. He is an influencer in promoting Health and Fitness among all the age groups with a variety of fitness programs including Strength training, Yoga, Zumba, Animal/ Primal moves, HIIT, LIIT and cardio kick boxing. He has worked for Kerala Cricket Association from 2007 to 2010 with the CASH Kerala project of academies, U-16 & U-19 (camps), U-25 (camp and matches) and Ranji trophy Team (Orientation program). In 2010 he worked for a Karnataka Premier League (KPL) team, Bijapur Bulls. He also worked for Hyderabad Cricket Association as Ranji trophy trainer and the Head of academies under Coach Sunil Joshi in 2011-12 season. He was also consultant to Deccan Chronicle and Deccan Chargers IPL team players. Apart from that he was also trainer to BCCI’s National Cricket Academy for National and Zonal camp and match for Senior and junior (U-16 & 19 players) categories in Men and Women categories since 2010. He has trained players like V.V.S Laxman, Ajinkya Rahane, K. L Rahul, Pragyan Ojha, Stuart Binny, Robin Utthappa, G.H Vihari, Sanju Samson, Mithali Raj, Nooshin al Khadeer, S Asha, Priya Punia, Harleen Deol, Tania Bhatia, Richa Ghosh, Jemimah Rodrigues to name a few. In 2016 he took camps for Senior Men and U-19 Boys at JN Stadium, Kaloor. In 2019 he also took camps for TDCA at KCA ground, Saint Xavier’s College, Tumba. He also had a short stint with the U-19 Indian cricket team for matches against South Africa in 2019 . Since 2012, he is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education at NSS Management College under University of Kerala. He is also consultant to Pro-volleyball team Calicut Heroes which were “Runner up” of Pro-Volleyball team for the 2019 season. He is also consultant to Kricket Spero and Ace cricket Academy (Dubai), Sakthy’s Cricket Academy (Kuwait), BPCL Volleyball Men, KSEB Basketball Women players, Athreya Cricket Academy and Love All Cricket Academy which has many international players representing India.
