It is a definitely a game changer movie for varun dhawan who has played a complete different role which no one would expect him to do so in his earlier career and he did it superbly. Nazwz as usual performed brilliantly . Other supported cast has performed their role nicely.
The story is dark not to watch with family but also such kind of movie which should not be miss.
the music is awesome such as jeena jeena , judai and direction is superb.
No one will feel bored in the movie.

The movie is OK.The movie is awesome from start till the accident but after that it is very slow till climax.The climax is very brutal and thrilling.The story is OK.The story is about a man who lost his wife and son in a bank robbery and tries to avenge their deaths.Direction was good by Sriram Raghavan.The screenplay was good but the editing was slow.The acting was great from Nawaz and Varun.The songs are already hit and awesome especially jee karda and jeena jeena.So if you a die hard thriller movie go for this.A one time watch.

The whole point of the movie is to show the real partial nature of human conscience. Story is about Dhawan, who loses his wife and son in a crime committed by a gang of criminals. And then Dhawan goes medieval and does so many things, which will be deemed as crime in eyes of law and unacceptable in the eyes of humanity, but still we consider him right and have sympathy with him for what he went through. Director wanted to confuse the audience about their choice of the hero and the villain and he did. The audience perceives the real perpetrator as the hero and real sufferer as the villain. SPOILER : Dhawan kills two people with hammer after breaking their relationship, rapes a woman and beats up a cancer patient. Navazzuddin, on other hand, commits a murder by mistake or you can say, when he is out of control, faces a jail-term, completes it and is diagnosed with cancer, looks at his friends being killed and girlfriend being raped. But still, we call him the villain and supposedly are on the actor's side. Great, dark flick. Dhawan's first non-chocolaty boy role and looks great. Navazzudin is the best actor in the movie. Movie is dark and is at par with action packed drama-thriller movies of Hollywood. It is a must watch in my very honest opinion.

Manishbajaj94107 After a long time I watched a good Bollywood movie. The movie revolves around the concept of revenge. But as you would have seen so many movies regarding that, so why watch this? This is why, this movie is more practical than many of the other movies. Here the protagonist is not ethically correct every time and that is true for any common man. In the end, the movie has a message for people who thinks revenge is the best way.Extremely well chosen actors, from Nawaz to Divya, all have acted well. Nawazuddin has done a extremely stunning performance and shows the mettle to outshine any protagonists in the movie. Varun Dhawan for a change has done a very good work unlike his usual style of chocolate boy. Must watch for people who can handle a bit of gore.Other reviewers have appreciated the movie but has under-rated it, but I must say, it is an 8 all the way.
