Produced by Netflix, a stand-up routine of the legendary Dave Chappelle, recorded live at the Hollywood Palladium in 2016. Topics include OJ Simpson and Bill Cosby. Brilliant - Dave Chappelle is back and as good as ever. At his peak, in the early 2000s, Dave Chappelle was the funniest man on the planet. His brand of irreverent musings, largely on racial matters, was screamingly funny. After a long break, he's back, and it's as if he never left. Clever, funny and delivered in his hilarious over-the-top manner.

That is 57 minutes of my life I cannot get back. There was no humor and certainly no comedy. It was more desperation in his act. he rambled, tried to be more crude than funny, almost seemed lost at times and finally just gave up mentally. I kept hoping he would get better but never happened. If this was "unplugged"...please pull the cord. Just awful.

Chappelle took the stage and belted out some great comedy. His stories about OJ Simpson were funny and kind of telling on the changing opinions and emotions as the years went by. His stuff on Cosby was very good... maybe even insightful. My favorite was the imaginary superhero that only gained superpowers after he raped a woman. So, he rapes women, but he saves lives. And, he saves, more than he rapes. Reminds me of the Japanese, Hanzo the Razor series. In all, a very nicely constructed set. Some maturity... some bigotry... some confessions of acts that were not particularly nice at the time. I say, see it...

You owe it to yourself to watch this if you are a fan of Dave Chappelle or comedy in general. Really funny. Ignore any negative comments. I don't understand how you could possibly complain about anything. Stop comparing him to other people. He picked up exactly where he left off. go watch it!
