salesmandragonstouch Its all about the poetry. Its very poetic. I own the DVD and watch it when I'm sad and need some humorous, Love, life. Really I just wish the cab driver would recite his wild anxiety poetry to the star all night. Well he's better than C Bukowski and she sure as heck better than the driver. This comedy, at on the highest... level. Top Drawer. Thank you. I definitely believe in Love, personally. Flck off... you--- no taste in reviews. there. it got enough lines... did not go to college all the way anyway... I mean how many flocking lines do you need... to rite? Anyway. It got ten lines of text! I count them! YOU ARE JUNK I AM NOT. i AM NOT PADDING I AM WRITIN WRITIN WRITING!
julsberg1723 I loved the film and was shocked and moved by the superb ending. It is the kind of ending that makes you sit up and listen deeply rather than drift. I replayed the ending several times to capture the beautiful symphony of words, so beautifully crafted that the intensity of Michael's love cannot be denied.I particularly enjoy a film that does NOT have your typical mainstream actors, rather those who we hardly know. These are not "beautiful" people, but beautifully ordinary and perfectly paired for a memorable love story.Watch and enjoy.
kalin_vasilev_usa I have searched for this movies for years since I first saw it back in 1999. At that time I have fallen deeply in love with my high school sweet heart. This movie has materialized a lot of the emotions a person experiences when falling. I kept it dear to my heart because of the beautiful poetry and the way how a person can truly relate to it. After spending 10 years looking for this title I finally found it. This movie is for the person who has experienced at least once in their life the real love. Passionate, spontaneous, deep. The chemistry between Schafer and deCadenet is real, like a true story that is waiting to happen to anybody who is ready to accept it. The energy, the romance, the erotic feelings.
RobWard007 Fall just goes to show that you can make a great movie, based on a story about emotions and dialog. You don't need the big name stars, special effects, stunts, and explosions. From a male perspective, I thought the movie was very believable. The movie was somewhat similar to my own life. These people that write reviews about hating the movie and how unbelievable it was, are obviously men that have never experienced that kind of passion and love. I can tell you without hurting my ego, that men involved with that kind of love and passion, do cry and do hug their pillow. I have dated models and do write poetry to, for, and about them. The average person holds this expectation of models and actresses that is unrealistic. They are normal people just like you and me. They just happen to look better. Most are really nice and sweet. It's amusing to read the reviews that say how unreal this movie is. If you feel that way so strongly, you have no passion and are most likely a miserable person to be around. This would be why you haven't experienced the love and passion expressed in Fall's story and it's words. It was a really good movie and I would recommend it to anyone.
