yveagle Apart from the technical aspects which every Shankar's movie provides us with, this movie has a strong story- line with a blend of love and vengeance. The cinematography was superb and so was the cast and especially Vikram in this case. The total China episode was the biggest plus for the movie. The trailer was promising but a bit misleading. In my view, run-time could be the only problem.

ajay-92672 Ever since i saw the trailer,i was really looking forward to this movie and i had high expectations and i will say that i am very much impressed by this movie,especially that character of Vikram where he gets completely transformed due to the virus and the way he takes the revenge is completely a treat to watch

sraavan-narayanan I This movie is indeed the best of vikram's entire career. A nice romantic thriller . The story is the best part. After seeing the trailer many people framed their own stories and went to theater. But the story was completely different and was unexpected. Many idiots said shankar has given a very normal story and all rubbish. If people cant enjoy such movies then they should watch only Vijay's movies. Vikram has taken his role to the next level. Amy has given a neat performance. Santhanam was rocking in the climax. Suresh gopi was really brilliant. Ar rahman- king of bgm in and only Shankar's films. P.C Sreeram was at his best. Overall it is a must watch in theater and people have given it already block buster hit in this year. Hope people appreciate more such movies and expect more now from Shankar and Vikram. Rating- 10/10. Its deserves more than that. Haters are probably that useless actor Vijay's fans i believe!!

rajanranga the first thing to say is about Vikram .. unbelievable acting.. but the plot was bad .. Shankar's thinking level is too bad .. very old story line that revolves around revenge .. but the revenge in different ways .. bad comedy scenes.. many unwanted scenes in the movie ..the movie is too boring in the first half..then gains pace in the second the visual of the songs are great and u never take your eyes off the screen.. the twist before the climax was bad..songs are really good .. A R Rahman has done a good job .. the camera was handled perfectly by P C Sreeram for a story like this..the movie is not worth a 3 year wait
