Rajeev Masand i don't know what problem do people have if a film is remade or copied frankly speaking i liked this film much better than reservoir dogs acting by sanjay dutt,mahesh and big b were superb suneil was wooden as usual gaurav was good in some scenes only lucky ali who got a very important role was dumb.the ending was good bt left me craving for more some of the dialogues were brilliant cinematography..screenplay..direction all top notch bit this film is not meant for mushy love story fanssongs are good too and doesn't drag the filmthe awesome slick green look of the film is classic sanjay gupta isshtyle

dino_director Kaante is an awesome movie by Mr. Sanjay Gupta.This movie is a complete entertainer.The star cast is perfect and the leading actors perform very well.The best performance is by Mahesh Manjeraker and Sanjay Dutt. This movie has loads of attitude and that is why it is so enjoyable,the dialogues are cool and makes the whole movie so different from other movies.The cinematography gives a distinct look to the movie. The songs are good and are very well placed.The sad version of the number "jaane kya hoga" i.e soch nahin tha" made me really emotional! when all the characters are dead (except Kumar Gaurav). Overall one great film,one of the best films made in bollywood.

amir khan i have seen this movie for more than 200 times.but i want to watch it again and again.in this movie every thing is great.all of actors are professional in their characters.but sometimes some people who don't know any thing about cinema said that:this is a copy from reserves dogs.i hase only one answer to say. imagine i order you to make some copies from a page.of course all of copies are in the worse qualities in compare with original page. now imagine that i order you to write a new story from an old story and in the new one you are free to change so many things and some times the result of this originality will be much better than original story. i forgot to say one more thing Tarantino movie is not an original film its made from an old American movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

syed_186 This movie is awesome, it may be heavily adapted from other Hollywood movies like reservoir dogs and heat, but all in all it is an excellent movie.It is something different to the usual bollywood love stories and other action flicks where the fight scenes are ridiculous, the action is done to Hollywood style, even the dance sequences are done in a strip joint.There has been some excellent acting from Mahesh Manjrekar as Bali, who stutters a lot excellent acting, Sanjay Dutt as Ajju, who is a comedian and gangster and Amitabh Bachan as MajorAll in all this is a good movie, i like it because it is different to other bollywood action flicks 10/10
