misti-45877 In the pantheon of poor movies, this one rates as a complete donkey. Not only a donkey, but one with half its teeth missing and a wooden leg. Annoying really - I had such high hopes. *Sighs*

Elewis1195 It's better than many of the dungeons and dragons movies of the 90s. A watchable enough story with pleasing if not perfect visuals and special effects. The lead actress feels forced but some of the supporting characters are better. Not one I'd strongly recommend, but I liked it enough to look at the sequels. A solid effort.

purpleshadez I originally helped this on Kickstarter and once i got to watch it i saw first 10-15min and turned it of, but then many years later i had nothing to watch and thought i would watch it and give it more of a chance and found myself impressed and looking for next one. All in all long as you don't mind it being a low budget movie and into fantasy then this i would say give more than 10-15 min and you'll prob find yourself trying to find next one

paladin-70605 Again Arrowstorm Productions and Splendid films knocked this out of the ballpark... home run. This is a story, similar to SAGA: Curse of the Shadow, where a motley crew accidentally gather to retrieve a priestess from the clutches of a giant ogre. The main plot starts with a slave that has been informally instructed by another necromancer in the dark arts. She's a quick study. But the long journey that her powers take her on (as well as her desire to be physically whole and respected as a person) will be three movies in a series in the making. The acting is superb; the casting is well-done; character development good; CG/special effects are sub-par but the storyline is just AWESOME. If you're looking to be entertained, this is a must see surprisingly good B movie. I never thought I would say that... ever. See it and keep an open mind (remove yourself from your visual dependency on high-end CG graphics). Enjoy the story for what it is... a good story.
