Worst movie ever. If I could give negative stars I would. Bad acting and Amy is not a lead actress by any means. Horrible movie!

I tried to like this - I really did. I love Goldie Hawn, and while not obsessed, am a fan of Amy Schumer, but this film really fell flat. I didn't love the writing or the plot, and the perfectly timed jokes that I was hoping would keep me laughing, never appeared. Such a bummer, but I couldn't recommend this to anyone.

I can't understand all the bad reviews on here. With comedies, I just try to go by how much the movie made me laugh, and snatched made me genuinely laugh at least 15 times, which is way more than most comedies. Amy and Goldie are a very, very funny comedy team, "rock stars" as Peter Travers wrote, giving it a fresh rating. Especially funny is how they play off Douglas's Romancing the Stone character. I can't help but to think there's a rat when it comes to all the ratings--a sexist rat, haters who just hate Amy, the way they just hate Melissa M. Women like Tina F and Amy P are also very, very good comics. Maybe all the hateful reviews also love Adam Corolla, who said, in pure male entitlement fashion, women simply are not as funny as men. This movie is hilarious. See it now.

Just like amy's standup, she's real and always says what people are thinking. I can see if you can't relate in any way to amy's humor, you would see all of the stupidity without seeing the moments of comedic genious. Her movie nods to the naive and self absorbed American, the shortcomings of the us government, the chovanism of unmapped communities, and the antagonistic yet unknowingly optimistic bond between a mother and daughter. It's smart and not just another chick flick.
