I like AGT... But it's getting monotonous with singers dominating the show!! It gets boring to watch singers! N what's up with all the melodramatic backstories!!

Who honestly like this programme? It's pretty much like the British version and X Factor, it is just crap and needs to get off air. What happened to good television shows nowadays? This crap really is taking over our whole channels and like, we have to pay for that, seriously?!I honestly think Nick Cannon should get the hell outta there because he is far better then the judges. Actually, they are pointless judges to be on the show. Like they don't even work for the music business? Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne, Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, David Hasselhoff and Jerry Springer do not have a musical experience nor background. Whoever even hired them is incredibly stupid and disgusting! The participants are better off not being involved in this kind of show and show off their talents THEIR OWN WAY! Its horrible to watch!

This show is probably one with the most misused potential I have seen in a long time. Too much attention is focused on the judges. We see them arrive, in their dressing rooms and most annoyingly, too many times during the performances. The editing of this show is what turns me off the most. During spectacular performances, there are too many cut aways from the performers to show us the audience, the judges and the host. Not that there should not be any. But there are way too many cuts from the performers. I have no problem with the choice of acts or the trigger happy judges who buzz just because they don't like the contestant's looks. I think the judges get their time when they make their comments. They don't need more. Too bad, because the British version has the same flaws. I have seen enough.

The show's listing of judges is several years outdated. Pier Morgan was dumped with the paper/phone hacking scandal in England that he was a major part of, a couple of years ago and Sharon Osbourne's last year was 2012. The show is excellent and I can't wait for it each summer but the first few episodes each season where they show all the tryouts are not that exciting. The last few episodes are wonderful and heartbreaking as lots of talented acts have to be cut. The variety of acts makes this far more entertaining and interesting than American Idol.One serious drawback to viewer voting online is that you MUST agree to share your fb profile and all friends' emails which I refuse to do. I vote via phone which is more inconvenient but can be done anonymously.
