This show is excellent! It follows the adventures of Arthur, a 9 year old aardvark and his friends. I love it because it's realistic, the characters are funny, and it connected with me when I was 8 or 9, as i have glasses. One of my favorite episodes was when Arthur stayed up for New Year's... it was a classic! I loved every episode! The only show that compares to this is The Simpsons! This show has been on since 1996. For 18 seasons and over 200 episodes! Overall, I recommend this show for anyone, as it parodied South Park. It also deals with important subjects, like cancer, and it hasn't gone downhill, like SpongeBob. So, anyone, go see it! Oh, and the characters are cute, mostly mature, and realistic. When will they make a movie? Although the target audience is 4-9, I think 10+ can enjoy it, too.us

I like the books, but I love the show. It is one of the rare instances where the show is better than the books. At 18, I loved the show when it first aired and I still love to watch it now. It teaches simple important life lessons, but it is also very funny and endearing as well with an original concept. The animation is wonderful, very bright, fluid and colourful, and the music is delightful with a catchy theme song. The dialogue is amusing and touching and the story lines are always interesting and told in a way that appeals to both kids and adults. And the characters are wonderfully engaging, studious Arthur, obnoxious DW, caring Francine, endearing Binky, loyal Buster and teacher Mr Ratburn all to name a few, and the voice actors do really well to convey these characters and their unique personality traits. Overall, a wonderful show for everybody! 10/10 Bethany Cox

This show has remained my all time favorite show. I'm 14, and I've watched this show since it came out when I was a baby. I grew up watching this show (as well as many other PBS shows), and through every moment in my life, I can always relate to this show. They stick to the surface, make it funny, include real childhood AND adolescent life examples, and yet it still remains safe. My parents like this show, and they're middle aged. This isn't just a children's show; it's a great show for anyone of any age. I'm so glad that they are continuing this show because I watch it all the time! This is a great show that I believe anyone can at least relate to slightly. I think this show has kept my life in balance, as strange as that sounds. This is a great show!!

Arthur is a cleverly organised show that revolves around Arthur who has to deal with home work, friends and most of all his annoying little sister .D.W.The show carries many great positive things like doing your homework, reading, playing sports....Bullying..... The show also incorporates a fun side which many educational shows lack, they often patronise the children...Arthur does not. I love especially love the Christmas episodes, they bring a feeling of merriness and make you smile....I find the character Muffy very funny and Brain to be quite annoying in a good way....A nice educational show with a twist.
