DCfan This movie is just awesome I can't believe it has nearly been about 9 years ever since it had first realised. I really wished this movie was in theatres instead of crap like Dragon Ball Evolution and likely hood the Teen Titans Go! movie. The acting was brilliant, the effects and CGI was perfect. However I wish Ben turned into more aliens because he only used Big Chill in the first battle with the Nanochips, Humangosaur to fight a giant ball of spikes the worst part was they only made him roar in the movie like they did to Hulk in the MCU and finally Nanomach for the final battle (Props go to Alex Winter for his voice). Kevin and Gwen used less of their powers as well. To be honest the actress who they chose for Gwen seemed pretty weak for the part because in one scene when she punched a mind controlled host she hurt her hand. However the actor for Ben who appear on Smallville for 2 episodes and the actor for kevin were good. They are also gross moments involved like when Nanomech goes up Victors nose. But other then it's few flaws it was actually a very awesome movie and it's definitely better the Race against time. If you are a fan of Ben 10 you might enjoy this.
jabbadanutt I sat and watched this film for (ahem) the kids and i loved it, being a secret Ben 10 fan (shhh, don't tell my sons) it delivered on so many levels. I loved the portrayal of all the characters especially Kevin Levin, brilliant. The story flowed well, and was consistently interesting. However, i felt the character of Elena a little, annoying, and the fact that all was forgiven with her father...not great, after all if he hadn't have been tampering with the chips...but hey its a kid film, and needs to be positive. They are my only complaints regarding the film.I loved the car chase scene with Kevin and Gwen in the dodge with the chips following them, great scene. The film is filled with technology, cars, and action. What more can you ask for? Its funny, and well written with witty one liners. So if you want an easy to watch film, that is easy going, and exciting, give Alien Swarm a go, it wont disappoint
Sabreep21 I thought that this movie was great, anyone who's a fan of Ben Ten Alien Force would totally enjoy this movie. From the acting to the special effects this movie really delivers. The casting director and the hair/make-up/costume crew did a great job making everyone look like the actual cartoon characters (although, Grandpa Max didn't really fit, and Gwen's top didn't fit the actress well). The only REAL issue I have with this movie was that fact that it was so predictable and that the writers didn't do anything to create any sort of twist (but then again what do you expect it's a TV movie). I totally think that this series would rock as a feature film.
asuddragon At first after seeing the first Ben 10 movie(live action), I thought it was horrible and that Cartoon Network can't do a better job for a sequel...well, I was wrong!!!Ben 10 Alien Swarm out-does the first film in every way, such as: Action,Special Effects, CGI, and Acting. And the characters fit so well with their cartoon counterparts, It actually felt like I was watching Ben 10!!!Another thing that surprised me is that this did not make it into theaters!!How the heck can Hollywood bring crap like Dragonball Evolution to the big screen and not Ben 10 Alien Swarm?I say forget what you saw in the first Ben 10 movie, and start fresh with the new one, and if you like Ben 10, your going to like Ben 10 alien swarm!!!
