Doggy Fizzle Televizzle is a sketch comedy show that was produced by, and starred, the rap musician Snoop Dogg. It was aired on MTV in 2002 until 2003. Snoop Dogg stated that according to the contract, the show was to air six times, but it turned out to be a series of eight parts. The second season was canceled due to payment negotiation issues, since Snoop Dogg asked for $1 million for his role, which MTV refused to pay him. In the beginning of every show Snoop is seen sitting bored in a leather armchair in an empty room while switching channels from Jerry Springer to a cart race then to black and white burlesque figure skating after that to a strip show and finally to a Richard Marx music video when he decides to change the situation and the idea of Doggy Fizzle Televizzle comes to his mind. This ends the intro and the main theme follows with Snoop rapping.

m2a2_iraq when i 1st saw Doggy Fizzle Televizzle i thought it wasnt going to last but DAMN that show is funny my favorite skit is the diary of Big jeffrey he said some things that doesnt make sence like "Octember" or "copaletic" my favorite part was when he said "its big bugging like bitches for sure man you know what im talking about" and the he said something that i cant understand and they tried to qoute him but they put "what the f****? que? say what" 2 ?. fo shizzle
sketchyninja Very Funny! Even if you are not a hardcore rap fan (which i'm not), it's still a very good skit show with Snoop being creative and coming up with different ways of making you laugh. I did have the honor of going to his concert once and he just knows how to entertain and work the crowd which he does on his show now. He just looks like a pimp. Too funny. One of the few good reasons to watch MTV now. (ditch the road rules already)
risaroo2001 Really funny show. The first time I saw it, I was at my friend's house, and she could hear me laughing all the way upstairs. Snoop does a great job. My favorite scene was from the pilot where he was working at Arby's. If you haven't seen it, give it a shot. It's about time they had a hot new variety show on TV!
