In this very special episode, we caught up with our favorite culinary couple, Jessica Yang and Robert Compagnon. In 2019, we visited them at Le Rigmarole, their yakitori-centric restaurant, but a lot has changed since, and now they run the wildly popular ice cream parlor and wine bar, Folderol, and have turned the former into Pizzamarole, a sourdough pizza place they run with their friend Dan Pearson. And this is where Action, Clovis, and their rag-tag wine and food crew hung out for a few hours one afternoon this past summer. We are halfway through the second installment of our "From Paris with Love" series, so we decided to take a brief detour to Los Angeles to check in with two of LA's best chefs, Matt Molina and Kris Yenbamroong. These chefs prepare two of Action's favorite dishes: the seasonal crudo at Matt's restaurant Hippo and the crispy rice salad at Kris's restaurant Night+Market. In the latest installment of From Paris with Love Part Deux, Action and Clovis satisfy their craving for tacos, kebabs, and Pan-Asian cuisine. First up is Nopal to see Paris's taco master, Manu. Then, we visited MEHMET in the Montmartre neighborhood. It was Action's first time at both places, but he might have gone back a few more times on this trip. To round things out, we visit FTD veterans Tatiana and Katia Levha at Double Dragon, where Action and Clovis got to preview their revamped menu. Bon Appetit.

In our third installment of From Paris With Love Part Deux, Action spends the morning with Louis-Marie Martin in his restaurant-butcher shop, The Butcher of Paris. Located in the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Louis-Marie and Action break down a lamb, check in on some dry-aging pigeons, and then have an epic lunch.

This episode is about luxury, straight up. Our visit brings to Paris's premier chocolatier, Jaques Genin. Monsieur Genin taste Action and Clovis through some of his classic caramel's, that are €110 a kilo no less, and a little pistachio ice cream before taking them into the laboratory. Tasting chocolate and drinking champagne makes you hungry, so Clovis scored a table at Table by Bruno Verjus. Bruno is a true connoisseur and his restaurant is a reflection of that. From the razor clams to the back vintages of Overnoy and Prieuré Roch, this meal is one for the books.

The wait is over; Action and Clovis are together again on the streets of Paris, eating and drinking everything in their path. We kick off this eight-part series at the historic Chope Des Artiste for a bottle of wine or three and some light bites. Then Clovis brings Action to Early June, where visiting chef Michael Janczewski made his Szchuan-inspired cuisine. This was just day one, and they hit hard and fast. Bon Appetit.

In this exceptional episode, Action Bronson dines at St. John with its founders, chef Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver. St. John is a London restaurant known for revitalizing British cuisine in the early 1990s. In part two of our London Food Tour, Action meets back up with Sertaç Dirik for all types of Turkish cuisine. We are kicking off our three-part London series with a visit to Kiln in SoHo for what might be a new record in dishes served during one sitting on FTD. Then we headed back to Mangal II to see how the brothers Dirik had updated their family's Turkish restaurant. This episode is full of grilled meats, seasonal produce, wine, and even a live performance from Action and his band, Human Growth Hormone.

We escaped to LA in today's episode of FTD. First up, we visited the newly opened YESS Restaurant for a date and Irish whiskey Kakigori(shaved ice) to start the day. After that, Action's pals, Arjun and Nakul Mahendro, called Little Fish for one of their fried fish sandwiches. To wrap things up, Action met up with Scott Sampler from Scotty Boy Wines for an evening of "Thai Taco Tuesday" food from Ananjak Thai Cuisine's chef Justin Pichetrungsi. Enjoy.

In this special episode of FTD, Chef Mark Stroussman takes Action Bronson on a whirlwind tour of Italian, Jewish, and deli-esque style food all in one restaurant, Mark's Off Madison. From start to finish, we taste bagels, challah, a club, a flame-grilled burger, Amsterdam-style fries, lasagna, baked calamari, shrimp, tagliatelle, eggplant parmigiana, and an assortment of cookies. In this episode of FTD, Action Bronson is reunited with his old eating pal, The Alchemist. The notoriously picky producer is joined by his latest musical collaborator Larry June. Together they have been on a little press run for their latest album, and Action invited them to try out the pop-up from the much sought-after site-specific cooking outfit LEV. If this weren't enough, the bantam-weight UFC sensation, Marlon "Chito" Vera, showed up with Action to help take down copious amounts of incredible food and wine

In this episode, Action visits acclaimed chef Wylie Dufresne at his newly opened pizzeria, Stretch. After Action reminisces about a dessert he once had at one of Wylie’s previous restaurants, he is treated to a smorgasbord of modern pizzeria delights. The highlights were the Ploughman pizza, the potato chip salad, and the incredible soft-serve sundae.

In this episode, Action Bronson visits his old friend Billy Durney at the Red Hook Tavern. Billy and his team treat Action to everything from Cosmo's to Steak Au Poivre made with Cambodian peppercorns. We also hear the story of the restaurant's legendary cheeseburger that took Billy eight months to perfect while sipping on incredible wines.

Action Bronson had some things to take care of surrounding the release of his first sneaker collaboration with New Balance in Boston. So Action took advantage by visiting the much-lauded Santarpio's Pizza in East Boston. In the episode, Bronson starts in Corona Queens at La Cabaña for chicharron de Pollo and boiled yuca. Then we move around the corner onto Roosevelt ave for some al fresco dining under the 7 train at Tlayuda Oaxaqueña Sr. San Pablo for tlayuda de cecina and some cafe de olla(Mexican spiced coffee.) Finally, to wrap up this unforgettable day, Action takes Nick to Michael Solomonov's incredible meat skewer restaurant Laser Wolf. Solomonov and his chef Mike Mayo treat Action and Nick to the whole menu.

Action Bronson takes on a deeply personal food tour of some of the best off the beaten path restaurants in New York City. First up, Kew Gardens Chicken. Action has been eating here since he was a teenager and it still stands up. The next is a new spot on the Bronson list, but it holds the title for satisfying soulful food. The restaurant is called Ix, and it specializes in Guatemalan food, but with an international twist set in Brooklyn. We then head back to Queens, and feast at the incomparable Merguez and Frites. You have never experienced a mix grill, stewed chicken, and sandwiches like this in your life. Enjoy!

Action Bronson treats the people of Long Island to an impromptu barbecue on the sidewalk. Bronson had asked his friends at Babylon Village Meat Market to track down a rare cut of beef called Cupim, the muscle on the back of Zebu cow, so he could make his first attempt at grilling the said piece of meat. While the grill is hot, Action's host at the butcher shop breaks out a wide array of dry-aged steaks for the feast. We even see Bronson freestyle a kebab on a chicken rotisserie skewer, to the delight of the many onlookers. Enjoy!

Action Bronson kicks off his Never Ending Top Ten with a visit to three of New York City's best restaurants. The day starts off at Frenchette in TriBeCa for soft scrambled eggs, or brouillade as the French call it, with escargot. Then we head to Greenwich Village for seared tuna fat hand rolls with Thai chilis and scallions at Shuko. The only possible way to top this is sit down with the owner of Don Peppe in Ozone Park, Queens for the best baked clams you have ever had in your life. Enjoy!

Action Bronson continues his never ending quest to learn how to cook and bake and everything. This time we are in Brooklyn at Fortunato Brothers Bakery to learn how the best cannoli in New York City are made. Action's guide is Biagio Fortunato, a second generation pasticere and co-owner of the bakery. Bronson starts off with an espresso and a deliziosa, before trying his hand at rolling out the dough for the shells. After Action, Biagio, and the crew finish frying the cannoli shells, Bronson unveils his special flavor cannoli cream. Enjoy.
