Jamie makes an amazing packed lunch for a festival picnic - a portable chilli - and Jamie and Gennaro Contaldo rack up the fire pit for some spit-roast chicken. Lastly, Jamie gets spicy, serving up awesome Moroccan burgers.
Jamie cooks beautiful sticky ribs for the Shoreditch Sisters and then smokes succulent prawns and trout in a tin bucket.
