A short-run dramatic anthology series produced by Shaftesbury Films, the series dramatized six short stories by Carol Shields. The series was a sequel of sorts to Shaftesbury's prior The Atwood Stories, which dramatized six short stories by another Canadian writer, Margaret Atwood.
