leahtb The movie was really good. Love Mandy Moore she kept the movie lively. Wouldn't mind watching again or a second part where it shows her life after being rescued. Overall would give a 7 rating could have shown a bit more about their lives before just going into them being on vacation.
Randall-Flagg01 Ok, so I had been putting off watching this, but figured I'd dive in after being completely disappointed and depressed after watching the lousy The Meg this weekend. I was surprised to enjoy 47 Meters, much more than I did The Meg. There is excellent suspense and good underwater scenes. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of flaws, but after subjecting myself to The Meg, this was a breath of fresh air.
Floated2 47 Meters is another shark type thriller. The film gets straight to the point which is a good thing and doesn't take too long for its plot to settle in. Unrealistic in certain parts about the length of the sharks in the film and how the leads were able to remain survived within the water 47 meters down. The film does get quite decent but the thrills are very predictable. In comparison to the Shallows, that film was more enjoyable and better placed. The twist type ending is decent and works but also somewhat predictable. Though it does make the film better in the end as it isn't a complete cliche type happy ending in which most were possibly expecting.
sergelamarche The title giving away the drama to come, the whole film seemed predictable. The details were well thought but it felt like girls in trouble was very premeditated. Maybe it could be a mob hit?
