Well, not much more I can say that hasn't already been said. Bad lines, horrible acting, you could see the ending long before it got close. Bad games, very unrealistic. chains around a door that wouldn't keep my six year old in, nobody thinks to pickup the GUN, *SPOILER* (maybe..) and the whole, "Im in the control room but I'm not gonna break everything around me" bit was just stupid. I can see why everyone is so angry, it could have been a real movie, if there was ONE competent person working for the film crew and directors. Although it was a good movie to do my homework while it was on, I got disgusted so much I quit paying attention and got my work done. Only saving grace was a FEW gross scenes, but not many. Don't waste your time unless you REALLY want to waste your time!And now, I'm off to watch "Are You Scared 2"....Looks as bad as the first so far!

Awful movie, it blew so bad acting was horrible. Actors were casted at the corner or Harlem, and the deaths were so stupid not even from a planet discovered yet. I could have made a better movie in my tree-house than this. Bottomline: I would rather wipe a dead Vietnamese mans crack thats been rotting in the ground for 2 months with my bare hand than watch or even recommend this movie.i give it a 0/10 stars fer sure. I can't believe this was even produced, not to mention the rip off of saw, my god where does this idiot think he can make this. If i was him id be embarrassed to look at myself in the mirror.

I bought Are You Scared? from a used-movies-and-books store in my town for 50 cents and I feel incredibly ripped off.6 teens are kidnapped and trapped in a warehouse by a guy who looks like Alec Baldwin (if Alec would walk through a meat-grinder) and forced to participate in a reality show that will cost them their lives. I watched the film up until Dylan, the second guy to get offed, gets a hole bored through his head (which would've been a gory death scene if it hadn't lasted for about 10 minutes). I couldn't watch it further because I was simply getting a genuine headache. One of the many things I found hilariously ridiculous was the fact that one of the girls, even though in a state of panic, didn't have the decency to button up her blouse, exposing her bra and bosoms to the world. It's funny how the director thought that a detail of that sort would somehow be good for this production.The only time I was ever interested in this film was when I noticed that I own a pair of sneakers just like Dylans. Instead of watching this movie, film yourself vomiting and watch that. It'll be better for your braincells.
