hongkong666 And another franchise completely ruined. Open Water Pt. 1 was a pretty good movie with great acting and suspense. Even the second one was not that bad, even though it didn't link up to the first one. But it was still watchable. Open Water 3: Cage Dive comes to us as another one of these useless low budget Found Footage films. The only plus this movie has is Megan Peta Hill, who is at least cute and therefore nice to look at. But let's face it, the acting is horrible, the dialogues trash and to speak from a cinematic perspective, the first part would use this one here as toilet paper. Definetely not worth your time.

cjhj1 Once you have experienced a classic horror movie all the rest is just noise and sexual innuendo.I deleted this from my collection and saved 19Gb of hard drive space for something original and not a copy of a copy of a copy with 'Z' actors, guys trying to be sickeningly cool and tough and girls trying to use their bodies instead of very poor acting ability.'Blair Witch' was a modern abomination that had some appeal but for the older generation we had seen it all before but with real actors who knew how to entertain, not the third rate amateurish mish-mash that these modern film makers think we enjoy, just how many will continue to use this Lost Camera found crap and try to pass it off as something new?

Paul Evans Found footage stories were all the rage a few years ago, but like the Austin Allegro some things are endured then meant to stay in the past. The main thing you can say about this film is that it looks and feels cheap and amateur. The story isn't bad to be honest, I was drawn in by the concept of a shark dive being interrupted by a freak storm, sadly the realisation is of course terrible. How many times can you have actors bobbing up and down in the water saying 'SHARK' want to find out? then watch this. If I can find a positive, you see some of the glorious Aussie scenery.
