Reviews

katalili2000 What to say for one of the first black metal DVD releases? It's great, although the camera sucks. And you get to stare at Ihshan all the time. I understand he's the frontman of the band, but it's not that we're all goth chicks... There are no special features, so you get too see the concert and that's about it. I expected some "behind the stage" scenes, like on the mayhem release, but obviously Candlelight thought it wasn't necessary. The sound's pretty fine, for a black metal band. The video was recorded after the Equilibrium album, and there are a couple of songs from there. But even the orthodox fans from the Nightside era will be satisfied with the playlist, and the way the songs are played. All in all a great concert, lacking a better camera and special features.
