arch tech This was an amazing and eye opening movie. We really need more of these types of documentaries in a time like we are in now. People need to better understand that the LBGTQ community are just people, people like all of us. This was a brilliant movie and I recommend it to anyone and everyone. It also opens the world of drag to people who have never had any experience with it.
mfridley If you want to see a thoughtful and delightful exploration of gender, identity and humanity, you won't want to miss "Kings, Queens and In- Betweens." I loved that it had no agenda or "statement" to make, but rather gave the very brave souls who open up to us speak for themselves. Put this at the top of your "must see" list!
meganmcd-70691 The director of this film, Gabrielle Burton-Boone, has created an amazing and essential movie that is significant for our time right now. This movie opens the door to opportunities for discussion and the opening of minds, which is currently needed everywhere. What a great balance the director has achieved of fun and laughter of what the drag performers enjoy doing yet showing us a tender and raw side of what they face on a regular basis. I became so sympathetic with what they struggle with personally as well as the challenges they face daily in society. It's not enough to be gay but rather a battle, sometimes with yourself, your family and society. This movie was so refreshing and eye opening that it should be mandatory for everyone to see to better understand others and their struggles in our society. I had no idea about some of these depths and found the film to be so enlightening. Enjoyable to watch and not too heavy. Really loved it.
