This is one such movie which shows about a real police officer who leaves no stone unturned to eradicate the sex trafficking gang. We usually see police officers in movies in a really silly manner. I really don't think this could be a rip-off of Taken as Taken had a really different story-line. This movie had achieved one thing that even women can kick some bag,the best part of the movie is the suspense hooked up in the climax when Rani Mukherjee enters the antagonist's house and gets captured but she had even planned her own capture by having a bunch of knives in her shoes.Rani Mukherjee's acting was far more better than any other actresses who has done this role. Along with Chulbul Pandey and Bajirao Singham we have Shivani Shivaji Roy next.

Mardaani is a film which portrays reality as it is, no sugar-coating in it. It is a splendid film one which should be watched by all cine lovers. The film did not garner good box office results as it did not contain the normal routine of item songs and non-existent screenplay which most bolly-blockbusters now a days have, but what it has is treasure worthy. The film leaves an impact; it makes you want to scream and tell everybody you know that this film is a must watch. Hell it made me log in to IMDb, rate it and review it(my first review)! So guys please see this movie, not for the very awe inspiring portrayal of a police officer by Rani Mukherjee but for the story it portrays.You will thank me for it.

One of the best movie i have watched firstly i thought it would be boring or casual same film like others, but after watching this its really good Rani Mukerji(Shivani Shivaji Roy) acting was superb its a great film for all the youths everybody should watch this. In this film Shivani Shivaji Roy, a dedicated and brave police officer with Mumbai Police, chases a Delhi-based kingpin, Karan Rastogi, who runs an organized crime cartel involving child trafficking and drugs.Her aim is to hunt him down and rescue a young teen girl, Pyari after that all secret do watch. :P The film showed how girls are treated what's there future, its very good film i suggest all of u to watch this.. :)
