anna_mariag Wow, what a refreshing movie! What carried it to the end effortlessly is its truly original scenario. I doubt anyone will say they've seen something similar. But the greatness of this film is not just its originality (sometimes reinventing the wheel does not guarantee success) but its touching protagonist. We follow him throughout the film, trying to find his voice. This is a discrete movie, that will let you seep into this young man's life and his Lebanese family (set in Montreal). I found that it surprised me with laughs when I least expected them. There were also a lot of moments without dialogue, which gave us the chance to enjoy the beautifully shot scenes.
