I absolutely love this movie. I enjoyed and was pleasantly surprised of the twists and turns. There are quite a few surprises with unexpected many highs and lows which keep on the edge of your seats. Just when you thought you knew who the bad guys are ... you are indubitably brought into another realm of reality which further tests your abilities of predictable accuracy in anticipating the next set of outcomes. The movie moves at a nice pace. Beau Bridges and Aidan Quinn also brought some unexpected results in the direction where this movie was headed at times. Again, who is the good guy and who is the bad guys. The 2 main lead stars are a bit unknown and they gave a good rendition of seasoned veteran stars. WARNING ** MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS ** Set in Alabama and based upon a true story, Rushlights is captivating, full of intrigue and cleverly written - full of plot twists and surprises. The layers and layers of deceit and mistrust coupled with the incredible chemistry between the two main characters, Sarah (Haley Webb) and Billy (Josh Henderson) make this one of my favorite movies of the year. Fantastic cinematography, storyline and film score, this movie is nothing less than titillating. The story becomes darker as the movie progresses. Beau Bridges is phenomenal as the untrusting Sheriff, who suspects the two main characters of fraud when they come to collect the fortune of the dead Uncle of Sarah. Turns out, Sarah is not really his niece and not entitled to the estate. A must see. Loved it!

Alright, first of all, if you came out to see t*ts and a$$, you should just go jerk off to a p0rn. There are some very obvious male reviews on here saying stuff like, "as a fan of film nudity
" and all I read is, "blah blah blah
where are Hayley Webb's t*ts? #disappointment" Seriously. Grow the f
up! Hayley is out there kicking a$$, making things happen! From a female and feminist perspective, there's nothing more refreshing. Finally a heroine who does more than just cries and waits for a male savior! If you gave Rushlights 1/10 because there wasn't enough lady- flesh, go back your p0rn sites. Rushlights is a very cool, a true modern film noir – to those of you that are serious about film - go see it. BTW: The acting in the movie is exceptional!

We found this movie entertaining from beginning to end with many sitting-on-the-edge-of-your-seat moments. Everyone in the cast is excellent. The young couple are believable - and likable. No matter what deceit the young couple were involved in, we felt sorry for them in their desperate situation and were rooting for them. This film has many twists in the plot which will keep you interested. Many films we rent have lengthy scenes that we feel need editing - however, this movie has excellent editing and is anything but boring! We highly recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys a suspenseful story that keeps you guessing 'til the very end.
