Leofwine_draca No less than the eleventh instalment of the endlessly-running series, SHAKE RATTLE & ROLL XI once again is made up of three horror tales. It's slightly better than part ten, although still below average, with the tales tending towards laughter rather than genuine fright. The first story is about demonic possession and is heavily indebted to THE EXORCIST, as are so many; there's nothing new here. It's no surprise that religion features so heavily given that the Philippines is a predominantly Catholic country. Next up, a brief yarn about a cursed wedding gown is more unintentionally amusing than scary. The last tale is the most fun about a camping trip in the woods gone awry when a monster turns up. It does end the film on a (minor) high.
