abrarmad This is the sickest movie ive ever seen... eww. Crappy lgbt movie which shows how distressed and disturbed those people are. Deep inside they know it so they wanna kill themselves.
Smoreni Zmaj That feeling when you are watching movie and thinking: "Why the hell I waste my time on this nonsense, I should really turn this crap off and... OK, now I'm giving it up..." and then you find yourself staring in ending credits and wandering what was that thing you just wasted two hours of your life on, but somehow you're glad you did and you're even a little bit sorry it's over...That feeling when you are watching movie and thinking: "Why the hell I waste my time on this nonsense, I should really turn this crap off and... SnoopyStyle In NYC, Sofia Lin (Sook-Yin Lee) is a couples counselor married to Rob (Raphael Barker). They keep trying but she is sexually unsatisfied. Jamie and James are her gay couple clients. Caleb is stalking them. Jamie and James recommend Sofia to the Shortbus, a hole-in-the-wall club that challenges sexual preconceived notions. She meets Ceth (pronounced Seth) in the club who becomes a threesome with Jamie and James. Sofia tries to save her marriage by finally getting an orgasm with the help of dominatrix Severin. There are a lot of explicit sex scenes. It's wrapped in some traditional relationship stories. Sofia and Severin are a funny pairing. Overall there is a need for more charismatic actors. I don't think Sook-Yin Lee is a good enough actor especially if she's the comedic center.
George Lucas A movie that begins as an artistic film introducing its characters;A Dominatrix searching for something more in her life.A gay couple ,one completely in love and the other dealing with his inner demons. An Asian woman who cannot have orgasm who also happens to be a sex therapist (but prefers to be called 'marriage counselor').A voyeur who secretly watches the gay couple and some more insignificant characters. the director tries to conjure up an aesthetically looking movie about sex but seems to be confused about what aspect of sex to focus on . he tries to show too many sexual flaws in as many characters but the story(if there is any )doesn't seem to connect or move forward in any way.Why someone is intent on committing suicide because he cannot make love to his partner but yields as easily to another person is beyond explanation. The movie is about sexual liberation but the end does not match up to the theme and the viewer is left wondering what the movie was all about. It could have been much better had the director not tried to mix it all up.This seems to be the case of too many cooks spoiling the broth. You are introduced to a flurry of characters each with their own share of problems but are able to connect with no one.A word of praise to the actors though who try to give and give a decent performance.Had the direction been with more intent and seriousness the movie would have made a better watch.
