ericeres Personally, I think it is a great show, and it can be funny at times. To those wo hate the show: remember that this show provides people with jobs whether you like it or not.

roundhousedog1 Judge Patricia Di Mango needs to listen more rather than interrupting litigants, Litigants should have the right to make their point. A litigant by the name of Donald Hughes who's dog was attacked was slandered by Di Mango when he should have been applauded for stepping out of the court room rather than being subjected to Di Mangos rude behavior toward him.

alan-58908 I am extremely surprised by the bad reviews on here for Hot Bench. I think it is the most interesting and refreshing law show on television. One reviewer said that the judges are often judgmental and jump to conclusions but that is JUDGE JUDY! While I watch Judge Judy she constantly comes to conclusions and acts like she knows everything about the plaintiffs and defendants. I find that the judges of Hot Bench are often compassionate and ask more questions. I love seeing the three of them get together to come up with a verdict. It is fascinating to me. I will always call HOT BENCH my favorite court show and support it by watching it and giving it praises.

magnetvision This show is painful to watch.. It clearly personifies the perception of judges being predisposed to their personal bias when rendering decisions. Judge Tonya Ackerman is the perfect depiction of an "Angry Black Woman" who hates males...especially Black Males, more than anyone.A Black male has no chance at all appearing before this panel of judges..they are all presumed guilty right off the bat. The other female judge just hates everyone. The only male judge is presented at merely a "go-along" for the other two judges. All of them are mean- spirited, aggressive and not pleasant to watch at all. Judge Judy is probably the only judge who can get away with this kind of attitude because of her genuine nature. Please get rid of this show. It is an embarrassment to the American judicial system...as well as the human spirit.
