jbgravel Not sure where I should even start? I thought in the beginning I was gonna watch some sort of a quality show with these crazy hillbillies but I soon figured out you are either going to be seriously disappointed if you expected actual sightings instead you have to take it with a grain of salt and take it for what it is. It's going to make you laugh just how the show goes and how they must think we just crawled out of a cave if they expect the viewers to believe the stuff we are watching is suppose to be real. Well may be for a young kid other than that it's phony as a three dollars bill but you will laugh at what these guys do. They won't be making on the big screen anytime soon. Enjoy haha

deborahscinder I hate this show, why make a show that is so fake and dumb that only dumb people would watch? The show needs to open with a heading that reads, "fake". I'm afraid too many people will believe the story lines and not ever go into the woods. Heck, I'm afraid to go into the woods now and be tackled by some crazy hillbillies thinking I'm Bigfoot's daughter.

jackb2255 What started out as a great fun filled show has been changing since the middle of the last season and with this latest show - oh my...,I think the writers for the show have been at the Peyote. It all began with the episode where each one of them all of a sudden had American Indian blood when they all dressed up and got into costumes smoking a pipe, I knew it was over then. The new season has some even stranger twists to it with this Rogue Team business and the mysterious goings on with the woman in the woods and all the other junk now happening. Come on guys, this was a fun, mindless, loaded with chuckles show and now it's turning into Hillbilly version of Dark Shadows, I expect Barnabas Collins to pop out of the woods any minute trying to bit Jeff in the neck while Trapper performs an exorcism. (Edit & Added) After this most recent show where everyone has a secret and all kinds of strange new characters have been added I am actually wondering if the writers were told to sink the show on purpose. It's gone from a monster hunting adventure into a blend of Hansel & Gretel meets NCIS with a twisted sub plot that keeps changing. It's now to the point where it's now tough to watch, during this last show I was channel surfing for alternates. The writers are honestly trashing the program and it appears they were told to write it into a failure, either that or they ran out of material and creativity. Whatever the case this is headed for the tank quickly unless they go back closer to what it was when it first came out. It's become just plain old strange. At the current pace my rating will be dropping by one or two stars per week until I lose all interest and it's not far from that now. Too bad, this was a fun show at one time, I'm surprised and let down by the drastic negative changes.

dianjones My job is stressful and when I have time to watch TV, I don't want to have to put a lot of thought into what I am watching and I simply want to be entertained. That is exactly what I get with Mountain Monsters. It is funny (the characters are really unique) and I can watch the episodes over and over again and each time find something I missed the last time. I am also impressed with the loyalty these guys feel for each other. They have a down to earth no-nonsense devotion to each other and the team as a whole, that goes beyond question. The show does not depict an earth-shattering drama that I have to mull over as to how I feel about it. There is no depressing commentary on the status of earth and/or political agenda. If you want just plain entertainment, portrayed in a rustic and realistic setting, by everyday guys in everyday clothes and relying on good common backwoods no-how, you have found it with Mountain Monsters. If you are looking for silk suits, fancy cars, and women in expensive evening gowns, keep flipping the channel!!!
