Princess Nikki is a reality television show that stars former Big Brother 7 UK house mate, Nikki Grahame. It ran on Wednesday nights between 10:00 - 10:30pm on the digital television channel E4 from 6 September 2006, for a total runtime of 30 minutes. The show was devised by Endemol, the company that also devised Big Brother. It was narrated by the presenter and comedian, Alex Zane. The format saw Nikki attempt several jobs on each show, which included various unpleasant tasks such as rubbish collecting, deep sea fishing, and waste management. The show's premise was to see whether or not Nikki would perform the tasks given to her and keep her job for a day, or whether she would quit or be sacked due to her infamous tantrums. The concept of the show was taken from one of the tasks Nikki undertook while in the Big Brother House. During the task, she was assigned as Big Brother's personal assistant and had to carry out various duties, which often resulted in Nikki throwing a tantrum and refusing to comply. The show was often compared to The Simple Life. The theme music for the programme has been adapted from the 1982 hit single Hey Mickey! by Toni Basil, with the lyrics "Hey Nikki!" used as a replacement.

emeraldcitizen I have just wasted a half an hour of my life, that I can now never recover, watching the antics of that self-centred manipulative little sh*tstorm that is Princess Nikki on More4. Why nobody has put a contract (the Mafia kind) on this five foot nothing whingeing machine is one of life's unfathomable mysteries. It is final and conclusive proof, if proof were needed, that modern civilisation has finally plumbed the levels of decadence that were extant before Rome was finally overwhelmed by the barbarian hordes; Only it is unlikely that we will be lucky enough to have the same outside force to hasten our well deserved end and we will have to wallow in this mire of vapid celebrity the inexorable stinking tide of which that we seem unable to stem and indeed which we seem to positively consume with gusto. I personally look forward to the day when her tantrum reaches such a peak of ire that she spontaneously explodes. I was an avid fan of channel 4 but I must confess to having serious misgivings about where that channel is now heading. I am only glad that Princess Nikki is currently only being shown on Channel 4's illegitimate offspring More4.
ebergk A very entertaining show with the star, Nikki, being her usual funny self. Outspoken and direct. The bad language could be minimized and her attitude to people improved on but she comes as a package deal and well worth the downs for the pleasure of the ups. Please give her more glamorous rolls so we can see the other funny sides of Nikki e.g. when she imitated the tea drinking Suzie in BB. She is also very good with children and children are very entertaining too. Hairdressing, modeling, nursing or a matchmaking company. There is no end to the possibilities, so please keep her on for a very long time and more often than once a week. Congratulations to the Producer and all who saw in Nikki her entertaining qualities.
chrisnemi I watched princess Nikki last night and my husband and I both thought it was hilarious! Nikki is one very unique character she is ruthless, charming hysterical but is also quite sweet at the same time. during one of her jobs she was crying so much her mascara was streaming down her face, she doesn't seem to care what people think of her which is what I love. I was annoyed at the chip shop woman I though she was just plain rude, she told Nikki she thought she was parading around like some celebrity, but she clearly is a celebrity, people should just accept thatI really enjoyed the programme and will be tuning in again next week, Nikki Grahame is comedy gold!!!!i
conradturner21 I didn't watch this year's Big Brother offering, so had absolutely no idea who this Nikki person was. It looks to me as if I might have gotten off lightly there. Now I guess that the joke could have been on me, it could have all been an act, but somehow I doubt it. What a truly, truly revolting human being she is, a complete waste of space. Self centred, and self obsessed, I can not believe that an adult could behave so childishly, or that a TV company would believe that her behaviour was worth filming and showing to the general public.. I will not be watching any more of this show, one time was more than enough. I would rather gnaw my own arms off.
