Reviews

Paul H This show is a hot mess. That's not usually how an 8/10 review starts, but it's true, and it must be established upfront. The show is not cerebral, the litigants are not particularly likable and the premise itself isn't exactly must-see TV.And yet this show is pretty entertaining. It is cast in 15 minute vignettes, 10-12 airtime minutes of quirky people, general confusion and so, so much weed.As long as you don't go in expecting anything more than a complete mess, you will probably get a few solid laughs out of each episode. The funniest parts are the deliberations, and usually it's the bailiffs who are most entertaining.Judge Doug gets a surprising number of verdicts right (I'd say he bats about .700). The remainder, in my opinion are totally botched, but what did you expect - great legal wisdom from great legal minds? It's a train wreck, but it wouldn't be fun if it wasn't. Enjoy it for what it is.
zif ofoz Certainly the best 10 to 11 minutes anyone can spend watching TV !Funny laid back and spell binding. You can't go wrong.Of course it's aimed at those that appreciate the absurd and enjoy silly levity.Judge Doug never disappoints! Look for this show!!!!!
jessezass If you enjoy herbal medication and a good laugh then you will probably enjoy this show. It's stoned people goofing around and having fun so as long as that's something you're into then this should be right up your alley. I find it amusing that some of the people who come here to have their cases heard by a stoned comedian get surprised when their problems aren't taken seriously, I wonder what they expect.
Cndmed People need to realize this show is not for everyone. If you went around university lying to everyone saying "I'm allergic to weed" or if you hate your old stoner roommate "from back in da day", you will find these dopers annoying and stupid. If you like weed, if you have enjoyed mary j in the past, you will probably get a good laugh. Different shows have different bailiffs. This seems to be different comedians or comedy writers. This change makes each show feel unique. I just wish it was longer. Roast a bowl and enjoy the show. Thanks Doug!
