f-87281 I watch the nine lives of chole king, on repeat for a month! It is one of the best show I have watch in my whole 14 years! Chloe king has 9 lives, and will keep coming back! Come on make help her come back, and season 2 should be a little longer(p.s she should totallly be with alek!)

Deathracer I hated this when I watched the first episode. The story sounded lame and characters were so dull, specially the guy who acts as Paul. But I kept watching and for me it really improved.For me, this story had a poor start which failed to capture a mass audience leading to poor ratings. However the story really gets going when it comes to the last couple of episodes and when I really want to watch it, guess what the network do? they look at the stupid ratings and stopped at first season.Now if you watched this down to the last episode, my guess is you want to kick the guy who stopped it, since the last episode was really good and needed a decent ending.

jehosf Great show with an amazing cast, good plot lines and wondering what's to come. Can't wait for a 2nd season!!! Please bring back this show. I've read that ABC is thinking of canceling "Nine Lives of Chloe King". Oh I hope not, it seems that channel companies bring on new shows that are hard to follow any story lines and bad characters. Then they cancel the good family shows, I know-I know people want edge and real everyday life shows, but come on. Who really cares about finding a guy on a show where you really don't care about being there, you only want your 15 minutes of fame. You make a mockery of relationships and marriage. I must be from a different era I like the shows, where we can BELIEVE in love, friendship, honesty and people. Just because every other word is not ++(*&^%% or people are not running around in hardly any clothes doesn't mean it's not a good show.

Nina Anderson In short, the show is about average teenage girl Chloe King who finds out that she has the powers and abilities of a cat. Sounds okay, right? Well, call me critical, but I base the show on the pilot, which is crucial to drawing in viewers. My point being, too much happened.It starts out rather cliché, with Chloe being pushed off a tower and seemingly dying, then the screen switches to a few days earlier. Chloe has about ten minutes of normal life (excluding having perfect aim, getting mugged and discovering retractable claws), when she is stalked by some assassin (didn't catch the name) who has been sent to kill Chloe. The problem is, she has nine lives. Now, I'm not taking sides, but wouldn't it make so much more sense if the dude kidnapped Chloe and shot her nine times? You know, instead of throwing her off buildings and making a huge scene.Then there's this whole thing about a Uniter (?) who is supposed to protect other cat people who are called Mai (the line 'not entirely god, not entirely human' made me cringe). And Chloe is just way too accepting of her powers. She has claws and can suddenly do back flips over buildings and she's like 'yeah, whatever'. Then she goes to save someone and casually shows her claws and I was so confused as to what was going on.Two more Mai go to protect Chloe only to find out about the whole Uniter business, and in short: everyone goes home happy. Although this one guy who Chloe kissed ended up dying and the villain is never happy so yeah.My point being, it just seemed like the producers were trying to cram several episodes worth of entertainment into half an hour. There wasn't much explanation as to what was going on and I didn't follow it at all. More of Chloe's back story and personal life should have been revealed before her Mai life being discovered.Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a terrible show, just very rushed, like they didn't want to wait to get into the story. I very much doubt I will ever watch it again, and the whole thing seemed like a Catwoman meets Heroes spin off.On the plus side, even though the idea has been done to death, it was fairly well done and the casting was okay, but Skyler Samuels as the lead role didn't quite do it for me. She's a good actress, but her methods were a little annoying.I'm sure not many people will agree with me and I can understand why. This is a love it or hate it show and unfortunately, I can't say I like it. If I ever end up watching another episode it may get better and hook me in, but for now I don't see that happening.So, if you like Catwoman and teenage dramas, then go for it. If you like more original ideas and a thicker and more gripping plot, then steer clear of this one.
