The film was different from general similar types. In general, in such films, the monster is found in the last 10 minutes and all characters die. There is no such thing in this movie. I liked the difference for that.Other than that, Riley, who holds the amateur camera in his hand, sucked on the character. The character was not even counted. The cameraman had better put it directly. It was a stupidly created character expected to be so silent and believed to be autistic.Apart from that, it was given the opportunity to show the aliens in advanced technology more powerless to escape the film. This is bottoming out realism. The movie was definitely not realistic. It was not nice either. Scared was a film that gave a sound effect and a sudden performance like all American horror movies.I gave it 4 because the score is different only from these movies and because the tension is not too boring.

I really liked this movie despite all the bad comments I've read so far and the low score got on IMDb. Well, alien movies are something that really thrill me and scare me at the same time, the simple idea of facing extraterrestrial beings knowing you can't fight them terrifies even the bravest man on Earth.First of all I'd like to emphasize the fact that aliens usually attack when the night falls but in this movie they show up even in the daylight , so it doesn't matter if it's either night or day, you can't hide from them. Second, I got scared several times while watching the movie, I admit I get scared easily with this kind of movies, but I was totally terrified wishing the movie to end soon, not because it was awful but because I was really scared. Third, I really appreciate the fact this movie haven't involved the typical group of friends that go camping and are suddenly attacked by aliens, they usually try to play superheroes roles when they are not. Finally 4.8 stars is a little unfair for a movie that really scared me a lot, so if you like aliens you're gonna love this one and try to avoid watching it before going to sleep, just in case.

Let me start by saying this: I rate movies based on the genre, acting and technical work. I might rate a sci-fi 10, and then go on to rate The Shining 9. Different genres has different criteria! Now for Alien Abduction.I don't scare easily, so when I started this movie, I were expecting some cheap laughs, and no real horror-moments.Well, I have to say I were fooled! This movie actually succeeded in scaring me several times, and the acting is pretty good.I thought I'd had enough of "found tapes" movies, but I definitely want more now! I rate this 7, because it's one of the better movies of the genre. Worth a watch!

This movie is trying to be a shoot on camera horror thing in which it fails completely, form one end to the other. The story is classic, some guys go to a cabin in the middle of no where to spend some family weekend time. The script is bad to very bad, with illogical and non sense to stupid dialogs. There are no characters, just fourth rate actors who play as bad as their league are in. One of the script character is an autistic kid which seems everything but that. Everyone who read about autism knows that such a person can communicate with exterior being trapped in his own mind. But this kid, oh boy, he talks all the time and seems, by far, the most intelligent from all characters involved in the story. Avoid this garbage at all cost, go do something else worth doing.
