I kind a love B-Movies because apart from SFX, a b-movie can have a very good script and acting,but this one was very very bad.Since the beginning i got a feeling that this one will be bad (very bad), essentially what saved this "movie" was acting Alton, Davidson, Surewiec were good. But on the other hand based on special effects you can see clearly that this movie had a very low budget but than again low budget is not an excuse for such a bad, stupid and not intelligent at all script. I felt bad for actors that were part of this, and my vote strictly represents my view about the movie (as a script), but on the other hand i would give an 8 to actors.

A group of fanatics take over a multi-storied building in order to get something their leader really wants. But one by one, they are picked off by... yes, you guessed right - this is yet another DIE HARD rip-off, only this time around there are TWO heroes working together and they are saddled with two females. Apart from that novelty, there really isn't anything here of merit, except for some decent cinematography. The movie is packed with stock footage from other Nu Image productions (plus a few other movies), the set decoration looks pretty cheap, and the action (if you can call it that) is so bland in both its editing and direction that I had a hard time keeping my eyes on the screen. Even if you often enjoy made-for-video movies and can accept shortcomings, chances are you'll be picking up a book or newspaper next to your viewing chair long before the end credits start to roll.

Oh this is bad. I knew within a couple minutes this was going to be awful. The cruise ship scene with the flames was a riot. It only got worse from there.Some spoilers with questions:When the attack on the casino happened, what was up with the guys coming down from the rafters on ropes? This place obviously had no security so they could have walked right in, automatic weapons and all. Also, when one of the swat guys gets blown backwards, you can see the rope pulling him backwards, twice. Oh yeah, since when does the SWAT team use a school bus (painted white).The sports car (a Miata) on the casino floor. Keys just happened to be in it and to give the illusion that one of the bad guys was going fast while driving it, they showed close ups of his face and the background as a blur. When he was shown from 20-30 feet away, he was going all of 15-20 mph (if that).Why are they always blowing up slot machines with grey painted tap lights?Numerous stock footage of police cars, ambulances, etc. Rather obvious since the film color didn't match. Also, when the bridge blows up, there is one car that goes over that makes more of an explosion that the Shell tanker that went over first!What happened to the scaffolding that Maxwell was on when they showed him at the bottom of the dam?Too many other things to list. Wonder what the budget was for this...

This movie has obviously a low budget with bad bad effects. But I liked it because it was good entertaining and with a beautiful woman as Marnie Alton (Tracy) its worth seeing :)Vote : 6 (3 for entertainment 3 for Marnie).
