This movie was in my local Walmart $5.00 bin. I focused on the words, "Tiffany, nudity and adult situations." Fortunately the three did not meet. By the time Tiffany gets on the screen, the nudity is over and nothing to write home about. Like the Mega piranha, Tiffany has mutated and gotten huge, move over Sally Struthers. How big was she? She couldn't get raped in a Venezuelan prison. Likewise Paul Logan gives us his most unmemorable performance.The special effects were so bad, I was crying out for "Mega Shark". They had women on nuclear submarines with a control room that looked more like my living room, than an actual submarine control room. The Secretary of State describes the fish as traveling in "groups" (not schools). The fish absorb nutrients through the skin, yet jump on to land to eat people. In addition to battling various sizes of poorly generated computer fish, Tiffany and Logan must also battle rogue elements of the Venezuelan army.Unless you are into camp and have plenty of glaucoma medication, you might want to take a pass on this one.

Mega Piranha is about a bunch of mutant piranha fish involving and growing stronger as they feed off humans, becoming twice the size after every victim. As they feast on humans, they work their way up river towards Florida, where everyone is at danger.The first impressions of this film weren't very good. As the CGI was terrible; but better than a lot of movies like this with poor CGI. After a while it gets better when the story gets going. Its mainly about different governments believing a theory on how a member of parliament was "assassinated". One country believe it was terrorism and another believe is was a violent animal attack. When we get introduced to Agent Finch (played brilliantly by Paul Logan) it takes us from his home to the Amazon River.When i brought this movie, i thought it was going to be a story of teenagers going on holiday, getting eaten 1 by 1 etc. But the story here made me feel relieved that it wasn't going to be anything like that.The piranha fish themselves were bad. They looked as unrealistic as ever and when they kept getting bigger, they looked even more ridiculous. Towards the end of the movie, they started jumping out of water and getting stuck in buildings. Extremely fake.Overall this film wasn't actually that bad, and i did get a lot more enjoyment out of it then i ever thought of. Whilst there are many piranha fish movies that are better than this one. I can see myself recommending this movie.

Probably the only aspect of the movie worth some mention is the acting especially from Tiffany as scientist Sarah or David Labiosa as the bad Venezuelan colonel. Even Paul Logan did good. But all that sincerity for a story that failed them is unfortunate. How do piranhas detonate on impact?! They hit a house and go kaboom! How?! And there are more such scenes that don't make sense but it'd be a spoiler to reveal here. The effects although weak, is still OK for a shoestring budget. I saw this movie anyway since I just wanted to relax, not with an intention to watch good cinema. So if you happen to watch this on TV or DVD, focus more on your food, drinks or the feel of relaxation and you will do just fine :)

After watching this big pile of s***, I was wondering how come the distributors allowed this movie to come out. This movie was made in 2010 with the special effects of the 60s. The end doesn't make any sense. Pretty much everything doesn't make any common sense.This movie is the worst movie I have ever seen by all aspects of it. I'm trying to find something positive about this movie but it's impossible. I saw pretty much every movie that came out for the last 20 years and this is the worse. I give it -10.This movie is a true mystery. How is it possible to distribute something like that? I make better movies with my phone watching nothing.
