the_wolf_imdb I have never finished the movie, I'm too old for it. I have stopped to watch the movie in the very moment when one of the victim got a gun, pointed it at the bad guy and decided not to shoot. It happened after the bad guy injured several people and killed one and yet you have to listen to incredible dialog "If you hurt me you might be a killer." Well what are you going to do? Of course, as any new modern good guy you will give the bad guy another chance after another chance.Well, I would not wait a second and shoot at last two bullets to the torso and at least one bullet to the brain. Basically every victim in older movies from seventies would do that. But you know, these days the bad guys have rights and you have only one right: To suffer the consequences of your ineptitude.I assume the poor kids all died at the end. Well, they have deserved it. This is not a thriller, this is Darwinian game of some sort where the inept ones die. I have absolutely no sympathy for those who are not ready to fight. I have no time for that. This is a thriller for a new generation, for the generation that is not willing to fight. They might be scared. I'm only disgusted.
Kristin This film is awesome for what it is. Shuttle is not just a typical horror flick to simply get a kick out of it. This is a tragic/horror film that provokes more intellectual thought and empathy rather than just spooks to be enjoyed. The film got me to think about man's cruelty against man, and makes me wonder about all of the women who have been trafficked in real life. Also, this movie has a lot of surprising twists, and kept me guessing until the near end. At that point I could clearly see what was going on by the clues. The end was definitely sick, twisted, an tragic. The movie could be a little far fetched, but it does deliver the message! Shuttle gave me the punch, and I like that. It gets me to think.
atinder I was looking forward movie and I thought it would be something better then this!, it not great movie, it good movie, it had some really entertaining moments.one moment did shock me, there was small twist just after half away mark, you already know twist even before they can say the world Shuttle.I did not really understand the ending of the movie at all, i am total clueless, there was also one annoying girl in this movie, she gave a bloody headache with her whining for whole, even her best friend told her to Shut the BEEP up. When she did that, I said Thank God for that and it's her took 50mins to do that!5 out of 10
mdarmocida The movie starts out pretty good and I have to say its well acted and will keep you fairly entertained for the first forty minutes or so. However half way through the victims start turning the tables, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times (maybe more, I wasn't really counting) and don't kill this guy or incapacitate him to the point where he is no longer a danger. Their refusal to do this is stunning considering he severed all the fingers in one guy's hands, ran over the other guy, almost suffocated one girl, and had the first guys throat slashed. Despite his ineptness, the villain couldn't fail because he had everything going for him (his victims were incredibly stupid, he had more lives than Michael Myers, and he had superhuman powers that allowed him to survive and heal whenever he got hurt along with the ability to magically show up in the right place at the right time throughout the entire movie). By the end of the movie I was cheering for the villain because the supposed hereon was so inept I figured she deserved to die. Thank God the movie ended the way it did, because it would have been very frustrating, and even more unbelievable, if she was able to pull off an escape in the 11th hour (when it was more impossible than ever) considering that she had multiple opportunities throughout the movie and refused to act. At least she stayed consistent and didn't finish the guy off in her final attempt. On the other hand, the villain was pretty inept also in that he allowed his victims to gain the upper hand so many times that it was making me dizzy. Heck, there's one scene that shows a drawer full of drivers licenses of all the women that this guy abducted over the past five years. How could this have been? After five years of experience these two girls got the upper hand so many times that I can't believe no one had overtaken this guy in his prior attempts. Basically, this movie was like watching a battle between dumb and dumber and wondering which one would come out on top.
