hitsuchanth Full of actions! I love this show, I hope for S2 but ugh the show is canceled... this is great you know, i love our agent X, I don't know what else to say but I love this show, and I will re-watch when I need action movies. I mostly like a movie/show like this, not the complicated one since I will be dead tired as watching and thinking at the same time. This show is one you will enjoyed, and after finished one episode you wanted more! I even scared to finish the last episode, because I love this show.
PAUL KAMAU I like Agent X. It reminds me of other shows like Person of Interest, Human Target, The Player and Missing. It's just a fun show and easy to watch. The acting is good and the characters are very likable. The premise of the story is of a covert Government agency that is overseen by the US Veep and it's sole "Super" operative known as Agent X.Each episode involves the team discovering a new plot against the US and Agent X is dispatched to thwart it by the end of the show. This usually involves him doing some serious butt kicking action that Jason Bourne would be proud of, and most of the time a damsel in distress that needs to be saved. There is also a through plot story line that involves the mysterious Nicholas Volker and his nefarious plans of dastardly deeds that the Agent X team seem unable to decipher. Until the end and then there is a good reel 6 plot twist just when you think the day has been saved. I won't say anymore than that as it will spoil the fun.So what do I think is wrong about this show? Nothing. Okay it's not exactly Game of Thrones good. But sometimes I like to switch my brain off and just enjoy the ride.
ao-hagan A good idea for a series but ruined by a failure of the writers to comprehend the basics.Comedy - Chuck Drama - Person of Interest/Burn Notice Action - NikitaJohn Shea and Sharon Stone two excellent professionals. Wouldn't have had him as a previous Vice President much better to have had him coming in for his first term with no knowledge of the Agent X program. First Season shows Sharon Stone finding her feet and learning the ropes, no Volker he is much more a season 3 baddieSecond Season John Shea as the President becoming a threat to the Country but well liked by the people ie Dallas 1963 JFK.Third Season Volker (former agent x) makes his appearance following the obvious assassination of the president. How the new President deals with her actions and running the country. A new vice president finding out about the Agent X program and not being able to discuss the matter with the President only able to read her diaries. His dilemma former agent x is gunning for the President and he can't tell her.The conspiracy must be clearly defined and made clear to viewers, having a set base for agent x should be a big no no thus you could have it running out of any office within the government changing as needed to maintain the secrecy (Also not difficult to make different office sets lowers budget costs)Keep the downstairs office for the VC with the full constitution as that can be the repository of all agent x materials.Unfortunately though we will likely never see a remake I would very much like to see this show redone with a mix of elements from other shows.
wherzmymartini We are pleasantly surprised. Sharon Stone is an all time favorite, especially after "Basic Instinct", "Total Recall" and "The Muse". This show has a great ensemble cast, graphics, amazing stunts and a great fun sense of Humor. Jeff Hephner plays a believable cool suave Chuck like version of James Bond. Olga is a great addition, love her wit and power. This series is hard to describe, since it combines all the right elements of many great series such as The West Wing, and or Nicholas Cage and Tom Hanks movies. It is a pleasure to see Gerald McRaney and John Shea as well. Love the DP-work. The Look and Angles of this show rock. So glad, Cinema has truly arrived on the tube. Check it out and you won't be disappointed. Watching Agent X is like enjoying a great Bottle of Opus One (Had not yet a Petrus yet) or an aged Scotch.
