cindy-lewis-office I have a very cool mom who read me Tolkien as a kid and got me started on my path to the geek-side watching Star Wars and anything sci-fi. This Batman series was on after school and I would jump off the bus and run home to watch this with her. We both liked how it was just a little bit darker and more serious than other Batman versions.
sowlemanx When i think of batman i think of BTAS. Everything is perfect.
DCfan It took me two years to see this whole story and I really enjoyed BTAS. If you are a massive Batman fan then you have come to the right place. This show had a great story, great animation and voice acting. Okay, there were some episodes which were just bad like "I Have Got Bats In My Basement" and "Sideshow" but most episodes are good my favorites are "Heart of Steel", "His Silicon Soul" and "Blind as a Bat".
Irishchatter You know, I never seen this appearing on television like. I mean, I know I was only born when it was shown. Man, the 80's kids were lucky to watch better TV shows back then because now, we have such rubbish shows that I would just get depressed easily and im telling the truth here! I was so truly surprised for the fact, "the" Mark Hamill known as Luke Skywalker, played the King of Crime. Yes you know who, the Joker. You wouldn't believe it like, he doesn't sound like himself in this, omg that's funny and amazing at the same time on how voice actors can disguise their voices without you knowing it's actually them! I even seen that himself and Conroy are gonna play again as Batman and the Joker in "Batman:the killing joke". I hope it's gonna be good even if it's rated R lol! Anyways I loved the action, the music, the other villains and of course, Batman & Robin themselves. I can't tell how the series really made me feel good to be a fan of Batman. Well mostly, I love the DC girls such as Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Catwoman. They were just great as villains/anti heroes. You would tell that Batman in this, would love to choose them all as lovers if he could haha! Anyways im glad to have found out about this series, it's one of the best TV shows out there regardless of the years that it was last seen!
