He believes Drybeck is a phony and decides to create a new show that reveals people's paranormal claims as hoaxes. Sean assembles his old film crew and heads to Northern California's "Lost Coast" to meet with and interview Drybeck. Obsessed, Sean is staking his comeback, his life and the lives of his documentary film crew on proving Drybeck's claim to be a hoax.

Reviews

Cameron Nelson To be honest, I was worried going into this movie, as it is scoring a 4.5/10 on IMDb. I was SO surprised with how this movie turned out, it was an excellent movie and I think it should at least be scoring a 6.9/10 at the bare minimum. If you get the chance to see the film I would say absolutely go for it. It is a good film with a shocking twist that I honestly did not see coming. In my book it is a near perfect movie! The characters are a little annoying at first, but that was my only flaw with this movie. The gore is amazing and I was truly scared. THis movie is a very good, solid Horror/Sci-Fi movie, and I enjoyed every minute of it. If you do watch it see if you can figure out what the last shot means. This movie is not your average big foot movie. A MUST SEE!!!!
tmdarby This movie tells the classic story of the viewer waiting for something interesting to happen. It's hard to explain how incredibly boring this movie is. The acting is horrible, full of over dramatization especially by the main character. It tells the story of how an angry sceptic documentary maker pays a lot of money to see a big foot body and ultimately finds out that big foot is here to protect us from some inter-dimensional bad guys that kills all his friends. You hold on after about a half hour thinking that you just might get to see a scary big foot. Nope, just shadows running through the obviously smoked machined in fog. (Seriously, you can see the streams of fog coming out of the machine; they didn't even wait for it to dissipate) There, I saved you an hour and a half, you're welcome.
J-M Hogan First off you have a movie that is a Blair Witch style rip off, then you have a lead character who for some reason reminded me of Shia LeBouf, that is not a positive thing.Like many people I agree the movie starts out OK. It then goes way off the rails We are told Bigfoot may travel between the spirit world and ours. In one scene a character stands in front of a window a bright light comes on and POOF he is sucked back thru the window? SO was this a Bigfoot or Spirit? You have some Bigfoot moments walking by a window, seeing a leg thru the bush and yet the camera people saw nothing? REALLY REALLY disappointing. It had potential at times felt rushed, but in the end I think that was for the best.Telling a girl stay in the cabin but if you think you hear something walk your hurt self to another cabin grab the gun and shoot. Ummm wouldn't it have been easier to say here is the gun right here right now? Overall very disappointing.I had hoped this would have been better
rob8148 They probably spent more money on this than the Blair Witch Project and yet they couldn't get one good actor. Every one of these reality documentary movies suck. The actors in this movie try so hard to act like they're not act acting.........Fail. You can actually here something approaching when they are supposedly in the middle of no where and the suspense builds and then a car drives by at night with headlights on behind them. They don't acknowledge it of course cause they are supposedly in the middle of no where . Oops! Then later on there seems to be no way out and there trapped in the Forrest, but why not use the highway that was located about 100 ft from their cabin area? .......come on. When they screened the movie before the release did they actually just look at one another and say screw it. I thought maybe the movie would redeem itself by actually showing a cool dead Bigfoot or something on camera but nope just garbage. Then you find out not only is there Bigfoot walking around in the Forrest, but there is a hoofed creature at the end...........so dumb. Then one dude killed himself, I'm actually wondering if that was real footage though? Cause I would of probably offed myself watching the play back of this horrible movie I was apart of. I was actually really scared at one point while watching this movie, then I realized I have a free red box code so I didn't feel so scared that I wasted a $1.30.
