Reviews

cristhak It's human, real, with no frills. Doesn't sweeten the pill and hits the nail on the head without turning into a soap. It's about everyday real life and (family) relationships. I'm also partial towards Nicola Walker whom I've watched in pretty much everything she's done - she's just great. Rest of the cast really good too. Would recommend.
housemartin-49130 Really enjoying this series. Whilst I found it a bit plodding to start with, the whole storyline picked up from there and I found it a very enjoyable watch so far
estronbase I found the first few episodes quite dull and considered not watching the rest. Some reviews said it was slow to get going, but worth the wait, so I persevered. I found mysef looking forward to the last episode because it was the last one. After the end we are told we can find out what happens next when the series returns! I will not be watching.
moylan-28925 This is another disappointing BBC drama. It would have been possible to produce a decent drama series about divorce lawyers and their family issues by dealing with two or three story strands. But the attempt to weave together so many divergent plot lines produces a rats nest of confusion and conflict. The cast is very good but they must surely have realised that they were working on a turkey. The script could have been produced by a computer random cliche generator. Experience suggests that as the series continues it will deteriorate.
