meganephron-51842 Joe uses hyperbole to an extreme. Was Jerry Rice the greatest receiver ever? He is in the discussion but their are receivers who change the nature of the position from eras that allowed Rice to be the receiver he was. Raymond Berry changed the position with timing routes. Bob Hayes created the need for speed. Rice put the changes to use.
