Whatthehellison I did not only love this but this is actually my 4th favourite movie of all time. I don't understand the hate surrounding this movie. It is a typical bollywood Film with a love story which maybe typical but unique in its own way. The only reasons i can identify are those viewers are not used to bolly movies or they expected to see something else or whatever. Leave it. It is among my all time favourite movies not only because it had superb story dialogues acting and songs but also cause it carries with it some amazing memories of my life. Sonam is in a relationship with a typical nice guy Raj. But suddenly she meets the unpredictable and charismatic Jay who does not believe in love or love stories. Usually what a girl will do, Sonam falls head over hill in love with the unpredicabity and charisma of Jay . And Jay pretty much become shocked after hearing Sonam's love confession. The story goes on like this. It has many funny moments . The chemistry between Imran and Sonam is absolutely fantastic and i bet the people who liked this movie would love to see them starring together again. You'll simply love the songs and lyrics. The dialogues are too awesome. The end of the movie could have been done in a better way. I admit it was done a bit hastily and there were a bit flaws . The storywriter and director could have put some more thought into that part. But many great films has its own flaws and its an amazing movie. I recommend anyone to see the movie who is in love , was in love and who believe in love stories. Don't fall for the title I Hate Love Storys. Its actually an amazing Love Story .

redvelvet-1 I have no idea why this movie has received such scathing reviews. The only thing I can surmise is that people were looking for it to show some sort of deep meaning or hidden message about love or life or something. Truly, this movie shows us none of that. It's pretty obvious from the get-go that this is a movie not made to be taken seriously, but to simply provide entertainment for people, which in my opinion, it does. Rather well, too, actually.Now, I'm not Indian, and neither have I seen a lot of Bollywood movies, but I do consider myself a rather jaded and picky movie-goer. When I chose to watch "I Hate Love Storys", I was looking for a light, fluffy romantic comedy to keep me entertained for a couple of hours due to insomnia. I wasn't disappointed in the least, which is rather surprising.First off, I was expecting the usual over the top, melodramatic Bollywood love story fare. Even though I'm not an expert on the genre, I do know that seems to be the norm. Well, it's notably absent in this movie, at least, in a serious sense. What one must take into account is that the whole movie is a spoof on such traditional Bollywood love films. It is full of clichés, quite obviously meant to be clichés and meant to be taken that way. Yet, it does so with such wit and humour that even I laughed out loud more than once.I think the actors did a wonderful job. I did not get the impression of 'overacting' on the part of any of them, which is saying a lot, considering it is Bollywood. Imran Khan is fabulous as J. He brings both a sex appeal and sense of humour that make his character irresistibly cute and endearing. Sonam Kapoor is both beautiful and strong, and really comes across a real person rather than just a love-struck heroine. The real scene stealers, though, I thought, were Kavan Dave as J's best friend, who was hilarious as the egg-throwing, overweight sidekick, and Aamir Ali, who plays the typical Bollywood hero heart-throb who has an overwhelming love for his own backside. :D All in all, if you're looking for an epic love story, this isn't for you. However, if you're looking for cute, feel-good movie full of humour as well as romance, a film that doesn't take itself too seriously, then you'll certainly be pleasantly entertained for a couple of hours.

Saad Khan I HATE LUV STORYS – CATCH IT ( B+ ) I Hate Luv Storys, is as simple as water. There is no story at all and the whole movie is rest upon the awesome chemistry of Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor. I wised if the writers and directors would have though about some good twist and turns in the movie to give it a different look but sadly they didn't. The ending was too perfect and seems in hurry there should have been some thing huge and dramatic in the end. Nonetheless the whole movie works well and I never felt boredom. Imran Khan is Adorable and looks really cute. He acted quite well though sometimes he needed to be more emotional but it didn't came across on him. Sonam Kapoor looks drop dead gorgeous; she is truly the soul of the movie. She acted really well and looks picture perfect in every single shot. The chemistry between Imran and Sonam is Awesome; I would love to see them again together for sure. Bruna Abdullah looks Hot. Watch it; it's a delightful experience which never goes over the top.

miltuban i hate luv storys is an amazing film in its own right...it is a special film not because its something new or untold of..but because of its treatment of the age old clichés.. to start with..imran khan hasn't looked this good in a film since a longgg time...sonam kapoor as always is a beholder's delight...and the rest of the crew looks good too....the new director impresses..so does the music by vishal-shekhar...this is a quintessential love story which would make you nostalgic and at the end of it you would wish if only there was more... a nice simple romantic film...which is thoroughly enjoyable..its pleasant to watch amidst all the humdrum....for me this film roxxx...a simple movie like this now n then doesn't hurt...in fact i love to burn the midnight oil for films like these.. a perfect 10/10
