jeff-161 I use Killer Klowns (from outer space) as my baseline for bad movies, but this make Killer Klowns look like an Oscar winner. I felt compelled to watch the entire movie in the hopes that there might be a small redeeming ray of light, but I was wrong. His had to be a "vanity" movie, where one pays to have it produced and distributed, because no legitimate studio would have spent a penny to make this film. The only thing I can think of is maybe it was a high school film project. The acting was beyond bad and the special effects were terrible. The plot line, there is not even a word to describe it because unbelievably stupid is too good.It is hard to believe that the producers thought was a "work of art"The only reason to watch this movie is to see how really bad a movie can be.
ctomvelu1 I always liked Brian "Stone Cold" Bosworth, and will watch anything he appears in. Having said that, I would not care to see "Spill" (aka "Virus") a second time. Bosworth plays a national security chief who crosses paths with the usual government renegades when a truck full of illegal toxins crashes in a national park and the bad guys decide to cover up the incident, even if it means murdering a bunch of witnesses. You say you've heard this plot before? The action scenes are OK, but this one is a bare-bones thriller that appears to have been shot for video. For Bosworth fans only. For those of you too young to remember, Bosworth first appeared in an early 1990s action flick, "Stone Cold." Wrestler Steve Williams (aka Austin) later picked up the title of that movie and adopted it for his ring nickname.
Raleon What do David Fox, Leah Pinsent, and Eric Peterson have in common? They're all great actors stuck in a bad movie with other actors with only a quarter the talent and skill they have. But that's not what turns me off. What turns me off is the fact that the plot isn't interesting at all. Even those three are bored with it! And what can they do? It's not like every producer in the country is after them for their next movie break. It's not like we have much money to spend furthering their careers either. They deserve more. I only saw this movie because they were in it. I just hope they appear in a much better movie, with more integrity than this one.
apw420 This is the CHEAPEST movie I've ever seen in my life.Thermal Wells National Park in Oregon? And I don't get why all of a sudden, every Park Ranger is carrying a semi automatic rifle shooting at KEN FAIRCHILD. CHEAP!!!And did you notice that once these people are exposed to the virus, they just kinda start bleeding and die? I don't get it.And how about the drunken truck driver? If he knew he was carrying the worlds most toxic biological weapons in the back of his truck -- why was he pounding beers and housing pills the entire ride??I've seen better film on teeth.
