bound-nico This may contain a small spoiler ... I really loved this ... I'm so Upset t's gone ! All the good series get canceled and the cheesy ones stay on ? What is it with TV ? I really think they should have a re-due or something... Watch it if you can ! It's great ! Outlandishly funny, makes you think... it's Deffo a left brained show for a change also silly ... who hasn't wanted to leave this place, in one way or another? I think the premise, may have scared some viewers off? The person that made the "night kitty" comment on here.... I'm thinking just didn't "get it" .. I,?myself cracked up, and think it was poignant, as well as funny ... I can be construed as just her character, the cat i.e. The crazy cat lady ... And or ? You decide, it has many innuendos .... To sad it's gone ... You can find it on TubiTV now for free, that's how I caught it ! It's to-bad Amazon charges for to many shows and movies ... Even when you have prime ... But TubiTV is free on Roku ....not sure if it's on Apple TV or not ... Get it ! Watch it !plesse come back !!!
jessrein We're mid way through the first season of Gravity and not surprisingly comments are very diverse. I say it is not surprising because Gravity is a subtle, cognitive, emotional and non-formulaic show which can take some time to get a handle on, but once you do it's a deep-cool trip well worth your while, but you must stay with it like with any relationship of substance that grows at almost imperceptible intervals until its virtues appear in gratifying surprises.Take the main theme of the show: suicide. Who hasn't contemplated checking out of this dimension from time to time, at least when at the motor vehicle department or more importantly when in a hellish place within our own interior? These are dark, scary places, but it's very cathartic and important to look under the rocks of despair and confront the rawest and most tormented areas of life where the full gamut of emotions and thoughts run wildly, often on a collision course with mortality itself. For those still on the fence, perhaps some of your angst comes from the non-formulaic nature of the show. There's no shame in admitting that we expect railings and handles in certain places, especially when shambling along in the dim light of a new series that dodges convention at many turns. It takes a while for any show to get traction, but with a little faith there is no doubt in my mind that Gravity will take you on an interesting and fun journey. I know this because Jill Franklyn, the creator, whom I consider a sort of nouveau female incarnate of Woody Allen, is not going to let this thing ever get hum drum. No, no. She has just begun laying down her roller coaster track, not to physically flail you about, but to cavort your heart and mind subtly. And you need to watch carefully to stay on the ride, one that Starz will hopefully allow to continue on its wonderful course.
TwiRide_Original I have to admit this is one of my new favourite shows. My family also loves it. It's original with dark comedy. I can't believe it's not as popular as my other favourite shows such as Glee and Big Bang Theory. It really helps to bring you down to earth and find joy in the little things. Such as Carla, in the show, finds joy in killing a cockroach. It reminds me in a way of Pushing Daisies and I strongly hope that this show does not end up getting cancelled after two seasons like Pushing Daisies. Please continue more episodes, I think this show could really catch on. I first discovered it The Movie Network On Demand and have been hooked ever since. The characters really show that death can open up many windows, as they find love and pursue the dreams they never never thought of reaching for. They realize that they would have missed out on all this if they had succeeded in suicide. I'd recommend it to anyone.
demirabeau judging by the first two episodes: the story is cut into seemly random pieces, but shown are predominantly the unimportant ones. characters are constructed out of parts of various opposite extremes glued together by bad acting in which you can actually see the bad directing. without doubt the actors were not given the chance to try to play their roles. without a clear vision of the director things like this do so very obviously not work. cuts and pictures are all wrong too.it seems to bee an weekend assignment of a high-school drama class gone wrong. (probably only) from that point of view, all in all, it is quite a charming show.absolutely fantastic and a must see for anyone enjoying bad movies or the parody of good craftsmanship!
