acadmey23 I absolutely love this show it's amazing i can't believe some of my friends haven't heard about it. I wish they still played the reruns on ion. Please keep this show on the air! I love love love it! I'm completely obsessed with Andy and Sam's relationship i hope they stay together and Marlow leaves the picture i love Andy and Sam! Please keep this show on the air please! I was left hanging with the last season and can't wait until June so I can see the next season! And Dove and Chloe's relationship makes me happy too! But mainly I'm obsessed with Andy and Sam they are my favorite! I really liked Andy as a TO I hope they give her a new rookie!
Sally Warner A great series although Andie could do with sticking to one person but I guess love interest is love interest. The plots are interesting and well written, with the odd episode being ho hum but mostly the people are reasonably real and not always completely likable which I find it captures my attention.I am hoping the next series is a good at the others. I loved House and this is much like this and it seems to be based on some real events. This makes it quite engrossing and as the characters stay in the series it pulls you in to keep you looking for the next episode. It is quite a hopeful program with a reasonably positive view of the world excluding the bad guys of course which being a police show it has to have.
whiterhino42 Rookie Blue is a fun show that always gets better as the season moves along. It is nice to have something worth watching in the Summer time that is not re-runs. The cast is great and the writers keep the surprises coming. I started watching this show in it's second season which was amazing. The third season did not disappoint me so I went back and bought the 1st season on my kindle since I was having withdrawals from the show now that it's Winter. All 3 seasons have been great, have had their own big story and have had brilliant endings. I am looking forward to the 4th season which they are filming now and finding out what happens after the cliffhanger that was the season 3 finale.
fairres Rookie Andy is so stupid sometimes-I marvel that the writers can't possibly make her look dumber; but they do! In tonight's episode she loses her gun-TWICE to the same psycho. She never does radio her position or for backup, just blunders into a cooler to help a little girl that was abducted by the psycho, stereotypically like the barely clad coed going into the dark basement to investigate a strange noise; just in time to lose her gun again and be taken hostage by the psycho. At one point, while the perp was pointing his gun at Andy I was saying SHOOT, SHOOT, get rid of her, she's too dumb to be a rent a cop. In real life she would only get herself killed and probably someone near at the time. These guys just won't shoot in a simple shoot or let a killer run off situation. In tonight's episode Deputy Andy's backup has the psycho running away from him with a bag full of guns & arms and keeps yelling stop, stop, but just can't pull the trigger on a perp to protect the public. He has to come to a locked door to be stopped. Cops in real life in big cities have to use their guns. And this guy had just stolen a little girl and was known to be armed. But just let the perp run away without shooting him. Makes no sense. I would love to see SNL do a sendup of this show. Deputy Andy could lose her gun, get dragged off, and yell 'Oh $#@* I lose more guns this way'. Like some teenagers lose cells. This show is so canuck EH! Love canucks. Maybe they need to find some writers that have some more logical and believable ideas. While I don't watch cop shows for law lessons, I would also like to not have to suspend all belief just to watch. In short: for the season finale, the writing truly sucked. Boog
